1. 1. The licence

   Wafer Automation Hub — this dashboard, the Wafer Runner and the workflow programs it runs — is licensed, not sold. Wafer IT Solutions Private Limited grants Alliance Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. and the people it gives an account a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for that organisation's own business, for as long as the agreement between the two organisations is in force.

2. 2. Ownership

   The software, its design and its documentation belong to Wafer IT Solutions Private Limited. The data processed with it belongs to the organisation it came from; the software gives Wafer IT Solutions Private Limited no rights over it beyond what running the service needs.

3. 3. What is not allowed

   Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling the software, or trying to get at its source code.

   Removing or getting round its licence checks, sharing an access token or an installed program with anyone outside the licence, or moving a runner to a machine it was not issued to.

   Selling, renting, lending or sub-licensing the software, or using it to build a competing product.

4. 4. Machines and licence checks

   The programs installed on a machine check a signed licence from the dashboard and stop working when it is paused, expires or cannot be renewed for too long. This is how the licence is enforced, not a fault.

5. 5. Updates

   Wafer IT Solutions Private Limited may release new versions. A version becomes the one to run only when an administrator of the workspace releases it.

6. 6. Warranty and liability

   The software is provided as described in the agreement between the two organisations. Beyond what that agreement says, it is provided as is, and neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

7. 7. Ending the licence

   The licence ends with the agreement between the two organisations, or earlier if these terms are broken. When it ends, the software stops working and installed copies must be removed.
