1. 1. Who these terms are for

   Wafer Automation Hub is provided to Alliance Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. by Wafer IT Solutions Private Limited. These terms apply to everyone who signs in to this workspace, whichever organisation they work for.

   You may use it only for your work for these organisations, and only within the access your administrator has given you.

2. 2. Your account

   Your account is for you alone. Do not share your password, sign in for someone else, or let anyone use a session you have opened.

   If you think someone else knows your password, or has used your account, tell your administrator straight away so it can be reset or switched off.

3. 3. Client and member data

   The workspace holds information about clients, their employees and the members they insure. Treat all of it as confidential: use it only for the task in front of you, and do not copy, forward or keep it anywhere else.

   Downloads and exports are recorded against your name. Download only what your work needs, keep it on approved systems, and delete it when you are done with it.

4. 4. Running workflows

   Workflows act on live systems — they create policies, upload members and process endorsements for real. Running, stopping or retrying a workflow, or changing its settings, has the same effect as doing that work by hand.

   Act only within your role. When the environment badge says Production, you are changing real records.

5. 5. Credentials

   Passwords the workflows use belong in the credentials vault and nowhere else — not in files, emails, chats or code.

6. 6. Monitoring and the audit trail

   Sign-ins, failed sign-ins, changes, run requests and downloads are recorded in an audit trail that cannot be edited or deleted, including by administrators. Administrators and auditors review it.

   Accepting these terms when you sign in is itself recorded, with the version you accepted.

7. 7. Reporting a problem

   If you notice something wrong — data you should not be able to see, a workflow acting unexpectedly, or anything that looks like misuse — stop, and report it to your administrator or to Wafer IT Solutions Private Limited.

8. 8. Changes to these terms

   These terms may be updated. When they are, the version on this page changes, and signing in afterwards means you accept the new version.
