1. Who is responsible
Alliance Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. decides what the workspace is used for and is responsible for the client and member data in it. Wafer IT Solutions Private Limited runs Wafer Automation Hub for them and processes that data only on their instructions.
2. What is kept about you
Your name, work email, role and the access you have been given; a hash of your password (never the password itself); when you signed in and from which network address.
What you do in the workspace: runs you start or stop, changes you make, and files you download. These are kept in the audit trail.
3. Client and member data
Workflows process policy, employee and member details received from clients and insurers, only to carry out the work they are built for — creating policies, uploading members, processing endorsements.
Credentials the workflows use are stored encrypted and are sent only to the licensed machine that runs them.
4. Where it is kept, and for how long
Data is held in the database of this workspace's hosting, and on the machine that runs the workflows. It is not sold, and not shared with anyone outside the two organisations except where the work itself requires it (for example, an insurer's portal).
Records are kept for as long as your organisation needs them for its business and legal obligations. The audit trail cannot be edited or deleted.
5. Your rights
You can ask your administrator what is held about you, and ask for it to be corrected. Questions about how data is used go to your administrator or to Wafer IT Solutions Private Limited.
